Niles Treatment Services 336 Vienna Avenue, Niles, OH 44446
About the Business
Located in the heart of Niles, Ohio, the birthplace of President William McKinley, Niles Treatment Services is a leading outpatient drug rehab facility situated at 336 Vienna Ave, Niles, OH 44446, United States. Specializing in health and hospital services, Niles Treatment Services offers a comprehensive range of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options designed to support individuals struggling with opioid addiction, including heroin and pain pill dependencies like OxyContin.
Our facility provides FDA-approved medications such as methadone and buprenorphine (Suboxone & Subutex) to alleviate withdrawal symptoms, prevent relapse, and ease the physical discomfort that accompanies opioid recovery. By integrating traditional drug counseling with these medications, we help our clients focus on addressing the root causes of their addiction.
But our commitment to recovery extends beyond medication. We offer a variety of supportive services including counseling, peer support, case management, education, drug testing, and more. Our onsite medical team, including a doctor and nursing staff, ensures that each patient receives personalized care. We also provide specialized programs for expecting mothers and facilitate connections to other community services.
Our adult patients benefit from customized treatment plans that include individual, family, and group therapy. They also participate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), grief/loss therapy, mindfulness practices, and life skills training. We accept Medicaid and private insurance benefits, and also offer reasonable self-pay programs.
Nestled in Trumbull County between Youngstown and Warren, Niles is enriched by the Mahoning River and Mosquito Creek, and attracts visitors to the National McKinley Birthplace Memorial Library and Museum. Our NAADC certified drug and alcohol counselors understand that each client’s personal history shapes their journey to recovery, starting with a thorough pre-admission evaluation. This evaluation helps determine the most suitable medication—whether methadone, Vivitrol, or buprenorphine (Suboxone)—and the best type of therapy.
To accommodate our patients' work and family commitments, we offer dispensing appointments in both the morning and early evening. We strive to be inclusive, providing special programs for pregnant women, same-gender patients, and members of the LGBTQ community.
Break free from the grip of addiction with the help of Niles Treatment Services. Call us today at (234) 544-3322 to start your journey to recovery.

"I've never experienced a clinic that has been run so poorly. They have had to shut down on a sat leaving ppl w/o medication until Monday due to being short staffed. There have been multiple times they have no dosing nurse until HOURS after they are supposed to open on multiple occasions. I've had 2 very good counselors quite because of management and I was refused my dose in December of 2023 by the director because my couslor called off, which made me relapse, overdose and almost die. For the 1st time in 2 decades i had to file grievances, which was never acknowledged, And it will just make things worse. I have been on a methadone clinic for 23 yrs straight, i have seen alot, but I have never experienced such chaos and unprofessionalism until now. It will not surprise me the day someone dies. Liberty is run 100% more efficiently if you're looking to stay clean, I do not suggest Niles Pinnicle."
"I was a patient with Pinnacle in Youngstown/Liberty, Ohio facility when it first opened up. It was a great place to get treatment. I really like Doctor Rajendra. I live in Niles so I transferred to the newly opened Niles Treatment center. Great people work here in Niles. Seems like nobody likes to stay employed in Niles for some reason. Today the parking lot was full of cars. The Treatment center didn't open until approximately 7:30 a.m.. I hope things get better in Niles. I have a great case manager and she treats me well. So well until I think she likes me. She is kinda cute and great personality."
