"This place is terrible. I've been called to reschedule an appt because Crilley wasn't going to be in the office that day. Ok, not a problem. So as my new appt is approaching I get another phone call stating the same thing. Now today, I get yet another call saying he's not going to be in. Mind you these appts are about 3 weeks in between. What a waste of time."

"I had to take a cab to an appointment and the cab was running late. So I called to let them know I would be late...The first three times I called the phone was busy but finally I was able to get through. Brittany answered the phone, I told her that I was running late and told her that I was in fact on my way. She said ok, I thanked her and told her I would be there as soon as I could. Upon arrival, about 12 minutes later, I walked up to the counter to check in. The receptionist looked up my information and said "I'm sorry sir but we have a 15 minute Policy" I said in return, "I just called about 10 minutes ago and whomever I spoke to said nothing about a 15 minute policy." She said again like 2 more times, very rudely and very mean, well there is nothing I can do we have a 15 minutes policy! She also said soneone else must have answered the phone but it wasn't me. So I asked if I could at least speak to the Doctors assistant and she went back through the door and came back a few minutes later and said sorry sir but we have a 15 minute Policy, for the 4th time, but we are going to have to reschedule. So at this point I just accepted the rescheduled appointment. But then it came to me once she answered another phone call that she was in fact Brittany, the girl I spoke to. Unbelievable! I will say Dr. Pakabla was very thorough and I did like the first visit I had. But I am very disappointed with how I was spoke to and treated by the secretary Brittany. No one should be treated the way she treated me. It is very unprofessional and uncalled for."
