"Dr. Tim Nice is no longer at The Crystal Clinic. The office was Closed July 14, 2023. The Willoughby office called me today to inform me the office was closed. My appointment was Canceled. They gave me another alternative."

"I was a patient of Dr nice last time seeing him was in September when he told me I couldn't come back and that I need to be medicated by another doctor which I was confused as to why all the sudden this happened it was stated that they were taken everyone off medication which is not true I have proof they are still giving patients medication so I asked if they could refer me to another doctor they did not the whole conversation was fishy they did not properly take me off medication and did not give a good reason why I could not come back I called the board to file a complaint and I was told what to do I know there are other patients dealing with the wrong doings of this doctors office the more complaints will lead to actions"
