"This was my first time donating blood. I had done plasma before at other businesses, but not whole blood. I went to the downtown Indy location on Meridian St. Everything was first class. The facility is nice and clean. The staff were all incredibly friendly and informative. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. Very impressed! I wish all businesses had customer service like this. Thank you!!"

"I donated blood here 10 YEARS AGO, no longer live in state, have no plans to return, and they will not stop calling me. I have requested to be removed from their call list several times and have blocked multiple of their numbers, but somehow they still continue to call."

"Went to donate whole blood at friends blood drive. Butler Tarkington neighborhood blood drive. Tricked into donating platelets or something else that I didn't sign up or agree to. When supervisor was asked, he said "he asked me to donate platelets instead". I was never asked or signed anything otherwise saying that I had changed what I signed up for. I like giving back to the community, but Versiti is no different from when it was the Indiana blood center. Be careful if you donate with them. If anyone would like to call me from Versiti and explain to me what happened, I'll be happy to change this review. Follow up A very nice person contacted me today from Versiti. She told me what I experienced was not right. Changing rating from 1 to 2 stars. Follow up A gentleman called a few days later to ask me to explain what happened again. Explained what happened again. The gentleman then proceeded to tell me how I was wrong because he is very familiar with the supervisor that switched my donation. In my opinion Versiti will get someone killed by the way they operate. Don't make excuses for a bad employee. Rating 1 star again."

"My husband and I donated today and we had an awesome experience! Everyone we interacted with was so kind and patient, especially Jade (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) the incredibly lovely woman that drew both of our donations today. I’ll definitely come here to donate again next time I’m able to! (Also they have a really good selection of snacks and drinks!)"
