"4 times now been fighting this place to send my prescriptions to the right pharmacy. It like this whole tower employeed by robots that don't listen to a word you say or care about you at all. Now need hunt down which pharmacy my prescriptions was sent to again for the 4th time I don't have time to call multiple pharmacies a day but not much else I can do thanks to Dent. This my last time going here especially after the student that saw me today I've had more human interaction with AI while waiting on hold for phone call than with that man."
"This place sent my medication to an incorrect pharmacy. I did not realize this is what had happened, since my pharmacy said they just did not receive my script. The saga begins... It's nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone here, they really try to push their medical portal. The problem is no one ever answers my messages there. I had to use the request a refill feature to get a response after 2 days of waiting. Their response was to contact my pharmacy as they had already filled the script. But then they sent my refill out anyway, thankfully this time to the correct pharmacy. However the refill was not good until next month as my pharmacy ultimately helped me piece the issue together and let me know the initial script was sent to a different pharmacy. In the end I checked and my pharmacy was correct on the portal so I don't know how they messed up so bad. I'm not coming back here, they don't give a crap about you as a patient and it's evident they want as many billing hours as possible as they rush you through your check up without barely glancing up from their chart during your 5 minute "conversation". I feel sorry for the folks who don't have another choice."
"I had to have an EEG because I had a random grand Mal seizure the month before. I was worried they wouldn't be able to get me in quickly, but I was able to get an appt the very next week. The whole thing was quick and went very smoothly. The staff were very welcoming and kind. Once in the room the tech explained to me absolutely everything that was going to happen. They explained little electroids(I think) would be placed all over my head, that even though she wouldn't be in the room she was watching and would walk me through every step. Which she did. It didn't take long at all, and when it was over she even helped clean the paste out of my (long) hair with a comb and washcloth so that I could still run my erronds after my apt without looking ridiculous. She explained how to wash the paste off my head for when I got home and I felt much more comfortable being kept updated on the process and aftercare. I wish I didn't need the test at all, but if I had to have it done again I would go back to Dent."
"I was seen Wednesday the 17th. I was seen by Dr. Sazonov. I just wanted to express how uncomfortable and how inappropriate I found that someone in this profession can be so rude. Not only was I concerned for my mental health but I can only imagine how she may make others feel. From the moment I walked in, I felt judgment from Dr. Sazonov. During our whole entire conversation I felt as if she wasn’t taking my mental health professionally at all. When she asked a personal question about my childhood and past she insinuated that I was just expressing my past issue just to get the medication that I need. I’ve never felt so belittled in my life by a professional like that. Aren’t these kind of Doctors suppose to be and feel like a safe place for patients?Instead I felt attacked and judge. I’ve called twice and left messages to express my concerns and requested a call back which I never received so I’m just wondering if taking patients seriously and professionally isn’t a top the priority at dent?"
"Dr.Luisa F. Rojas, Neurologist, was the first caring doctor I met in a long time. I was struggling with a neurological issue since 6/23. No one would really help. Then when I was in pain no one wanted to do anything, even the Neurologist I was seeing . Dr. Rojas was the only one to care!"
