"went to dr pham because i had a couple spots on my face where my skin was irritated and had small pockets of acne. dr pham prescribed me two different face creams and an antibiotic, both of which have my skin looking HORRENDOUS. i've never struggled with acne previously, maybe a pimple here or there, but my ENTIRE face is covered in acne/pimples + scarring and dark spots. on both visits with dr pham, our conversations were very short and the appts were less than 15 mins. on the 2nd visit, we discussed me utilizing opzelura to clear my skin. i was to cancel my 3rd visit if my face cleared up. i'm so upset with how my skin looks that i canceled my last appt because it's so ugly and i'm going to have to seek out a different dermatologist. i'm still in disbelief with how my skin looks compared to a year ago when it was 100% clear. i've since discontinued all meds prescribed with the hopes it clears up on it's own. please do your research before visiting. if i could give 0 stars, i would."

"Spent less than 10 minutes with me; no questions asked, no diagnosis discussed, 2 prescriptions and when I asked about side effects he said none. When I googled them the side effects were so severe I would never take them. Never going back and already made another dermatologist appointment with a John’s Hopkins doctor who has excellent reviews. Hopefully she will show more care, concern, compassion and communication , non of which Dr Pham showed"

"Dr Pham was recommended by my Primary Care Doctor years ago and I've been going to him for close to a decade. Dr. Pham is an amazing dermatologist and he is also very nice & humble. He also likely saved my life, as he is very detailed & thorough with the annual skin assessments and he found a spot/mole of Melanoma skin cancer on my calf. The spot wasn't painful & didn't look out of the ordinary in any way. Had Dr. Pham not found it and the surgeon not removed it, then the cancer would have spread to other areas in the body within a year or so and I would have lost my life. At first, I was surprised that Dr Pham's rating wasn't higher, but then I noticed that only a handful of patients have provided reviews so the negative ones drag it down. And there will always be some people that are just looking to complain about something."

"Dr Pham has been nothing but amazing for me. Something that’s rare for a doctor is that he’s always on time, and tries his best to help you with cost. He sends my biopsies to whichever lab has lower fees at the time seeing as I have a lot procedures and it adds up. My friend was in between insurance and he helped her with a payment plan so she could get treated. He takes the time to do a full body check on me even if I’m only getting a procedure. His short but honest approach makes me feel confident in his decisions and plan for me. He is going as far as to prep me for *future* pregnancies so I won’t have issues during. The desk has never been anything but helpful and I’ve been going there for 7 years."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Pham for a long time based on the first visit I had with him, when he promptly diagnosed my skin problems and treated them effectively. He explained everything in easy-to-understand language and he is a good listener, especially for a busy doctor. He is always available. He even interrupted his vacation to refill a prescription I needed in an emergency. Tough to find someone this dedicated in this day and age. Plus, Dr. Pham uses the state-of-the-art treatments and prescription drugs that provide results at a moderate price, or many times at a low price. His fees are fair and he does his best to keep my costs down because he knows I am on a limited income. Seriously, I feel fortunate to have found him through a referral from a satisfied patient of his who is a friend of mind."
