"The reception desk here is opaque (if not downright dishonest) about wait time. If you want predictability, transparency, and someone to answer you straight about how long your walk-in is going to take—well, you better go somewhere else. My son and I sat for an hour just so he could get a simple strep test. At the hour mark I asked the receptionist how much longer. She said my son was next. Within one minute, though, she called some other dude back. I thought, “Maybe she meant my son is the next walk-in. Maybe that guy had an appointment.” Then, fifteen minutes later when she called a second dude back, I gave up and left. Since she didn’t try to reel me back in as I said goodbye (or apologize), I can only assume our appointment was still nowhere in sight. I get that appointments take precedence. I get that walk-ins have to be patient and wait to be fitted in between appointments—but if it was going to be more than an hour and fifteen minutes’ wait, she should have warned us. Or warned the nine other people who were stacked up in the waiting room as we left. There’s no way all those nine people had appointments—and she was just willing to let them all cool their heels for hours without so much as a word of warning. It’s disrespectful."

"Women at the front desk seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Waited for over an hour due to receptionist not knowing how to put me in the system correctly. People who arrived after me were getting helped before me. Took way too long for what I was there for."

"Horrible service, they’re lucky you can’t give one point on the star let alone half. I was here for a DOT physical for work and literally sat in a freezing cold office wanting on the doctor for over 2 hours. I was never told anything by anyone I had to go out the room to get a response and still waiting an additional hour. I don’t know what’s the issue or if they’re not use to darker skinned folks, but this was absolutely ridiculous."
