"Update: I already tried to speak to Lynn. She did nothing to help me. I have all the documentation stating the estimate would be $32 yet I am being charged more then $100 Also I had multiple appointments times made and each one was missed. Left messages with the nurse trying to reschedule and no call back was received. Do not waste your time with this company!! They don't care about patients they care more about how much money they can get from you. Hire a private nurse instead If I could give them a 0 I would. Don't use! They told me my visits would be $32 each and now trying to charge me over $130! Tina in billing literally said they can charge whatever they want!!! Do not recommend! You are better off finding a nurse to come to your home as they will probably do more then they did for me"
"My nurse ( Nancy Huber) from Cheektowaga office is GOLD. Treats me like a king . Beside doing her duty , she goes beyond that. Doing extra perks ."
"I should really them 1 star. They call themselves medical professionals and decline to treat my wife any further. Claim that she does not participate. She is a cancer patient in remission and has multiple problems due to chemo and radiation treatments. The pain is different from day to day. She has a catheter that requires changing every 3-4 weeks need various supplies that have to be ordered these ate just a few things that the vna took care of. Now we ate finding it hard to replace them. This rating reflects on the management at not the nurses . I give the nurses five stars You can compare the management to a doctor walking past someone suffering from a heart attack and not even helping. I do not believe a doctor would turn their back like this management team has done to my wife"
"If I could give a 0 I would. The nurses did not look at my friends infected areas . Just took her vitals and asked a bunch of questions . Also put her off for 2 weeks . Was supposed to set up therapy and an aid that never happened. Until I threatened call for action. Now she has therapy but still no aid . Because of lack of care from nurses no one looking at her infected area the infection is back."
"To be plainly honest, if it weren’t for the nurses themselves, this company wouldn’t even get two stars. They nurses are truly great, experienced and knowledgeable. But in terms of company management or accountability the company is very poorly managed, poorly coordinated and they take ZERO accountability for the many things they mess up. They never do as they say they will do. They do not follow the schedule for important things like scheduled blood draws which are critical for care. When you call, there’s pure apathy on the other end of the phone. I would far more recommend catholic care nursing services. Our experience with them was like day compared to noght when compared to this company. I understand that there is a nursing shortage in general, but that still doesn’t account for poor management."
