"My experience at biolife was good, it took sometime but when they got to me they took care of me great! Both Bri and Nana were great and very helpful!"
"Staff are so friendly! I look forward to seeing them. They work together well and make the donors experience a good one. The environment is tidy, clean and always feels safe."
"I was led to believe that I was getting a new donor bonus after not having donating with BioLife for over 3 years. So I went through my entire physical and donation process to receive $35. I would have invested my time in a more lucrative venture had I known I'd only get a $35 payment. Also the brand new pay card was not updated to my new address so it was very inconvenient trying to access the funds. Mainly it was the false advertisement for me, all the emails and text messages I received from BioLife claimed I would get $100 for my donation and it was not so. That is why I am disappointed and dissatisfied with BioLife."
"The check in process was chaotic. They are so understaffed and the workers are visually burnt out. I have tachycardia naturally, been seen by a cardiologist who said I am absolutely fine. I have been given the okay to donate. But when my heartrate was 101, I was told to sit to the side to "calm down". When they saw my tattoos, I was grilled about if I was using them to cover up something (like track marks maybe?). They're a decade old and it's obvious. If I were using (which I never have), it would show easily. Then I had to have TWO people make sure my tattoos were okay and because one arm's vein was covered with ink, I was told they'd need to find another suitable secondary vein (because they want one in case of an issue I guess) not covered by ink. And since the main one is covered, they said I couldn't donate until I got one larger and to "get more hydrated and work out your arm more". ????? Waste of 2 hours. What's worse is I keep getting emails from them and when you try to unsubscribe, it just takes you to another sign up to donate page and doesn't let you unsubscribe. Not worth the trouble."
"They bogus they made my kids wait outside the building in order for me to be seen they wouldn’t even let my kids wait in the door way it’s cold as ever outside very bogus and I hate it I won’t be back ever they give me racist vibes they made my kids wait outside dollar tree next door after sitting in the door ways for 20 minutes they made my kids go outside my kids only 2, 3, and 4 years old and one of my kids is autistic. It’s a waiting area inside with chairs and the white lady did not care at all"
