"I have seen both Dr. Peters & P. A. Evan for unrelated issues across this past year and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They listen, they want to help you, they explain your options and take their time with you; in this day and age, especially in Austin, that's a very rare thing. To feel heard and helped by ones doctor doesn't seem a tall order, but sadly it can be hard to find medical professionals who are truly here to help and if that's what you're seeking then look no further!"

"This office excels at billing me, but everything else is below average. I went in to get allergy drops and had to do 4 different appointments before I could get them. I have spoken to friends who got this done in one appointment with other doctors. Additionally, every time I have needed something from this office that doesn’t involve me paying them money, it is impossible for me to reach anyone - e.g. a receipt for reimbursement, or a prescription called in. I went here many years ago to a doctor who is no longer there and had a good experience, but things seem to have gone downhill since then. I would recommend going elsewhere."
"Dr. Peters seemed nice, but was completely unhelpful for my allergy issue. He had me do multiple allergy tests, which he told me were covered under my office copay, but ended up costing me an extra $100 dollars I wasn't told about in advance. In the end, all the tests were negative and he told me I am probably allergic to something that wasn't tested for, but he couldn't do anymore and I should just be more careful. Completely wasted money with no helpful answers."
"Huge quality of life drop from the merger due to vastly increased pre and post injection wait times. I've considered stopping patronage to this doctor's office multiple times in the few months because this has turned each shot that was previously a total wait time pre and post injection of 25 minutes, to now a total time of 45 minutes MINIMUM, but more likely 1 hr and 10 minutes on average. Dear clinic, If you are going to increase post injection times...be smart... reduce pre-injection wait times by flexing where your nurses are, in the back of the office or in the front giving shots. Also, shame on y'all, if you double your patient list, and don't double your staffing, of course you are going to run into a problem such as this. Y'all have been merged for over 4 months by now, all growing pains should be gone, and issues fleshed out. It all boils down to greedy practices maximizing their money money money. Would not recommend anyone to begin your allergy maintenance with a company so non-patient-centric"
