"Ms. Diaz conducted a through, informative, and educational evaluation for both my daughter and my son. She made us feel comfortable because she didn't talk down to us when we didn't understand something like others have done before at a different allergist's office. We felt free to ask questions. Overall, she was great."
"This place was good the first appointment my daughter ever had there back in 2022. After that they kept calling me rescheduling my daughter’s appointments pushing them further back. Then they started to have attitudes like they didn’t want to be at work. So this last time August 15, 2024 they pushed my daughter’s appt back to September and from September to October. Further out! The original Appt was in July 2024. The supervisor kept interrupting me talking like what I said didn’t matter. Then she talked over me and ended up hanging up in my face. I called my daughter’s doctor and got a referral to go somewhere else. I can’t stand Unprofessional people in a professional setting. This been going on since 2022. I’m done with place."
"I’d give no stars if I could. Candy is the most unprofessional “office manager” there is. She hindered care for my children, and had someone else do the “dirty work” for her to tell me. She couldn’t even answer my call to explain to me why she did what she did. She yells, uses profanity, cannot admit when it is the office fault. Hopefully they get a more professional office manager before she runs the place to the ground. The wait times are long. The ladies barely want to do their job."
"So let me start this by saying PLEASE RESPOND TO A REVIEW THAT DOESN'T GIVE YOU A 5 star rating. I have been taking my son here since he was 4. He turns 10 in Just a few months. Over the last 2 years now. I have had appointments cancelled by the front office. Due to the lack of job duties that should be handled by THEIR referral department. Numerous excuses have been given. Please explain to me how you cancel appointments 1-2 weeks prior due to a referral not having an end date? Please explain to me how you were able to see my son with this same referral just 4 months ago. Some referrals are good for up to 2 years. Because your office didn’t do their due diligence up to 30 days PRIOR to my sons appointment you cancel his appointment? Since when does a referral coordinator put it on the patient to call their PCP for a referral to your offices liking/standards? Your office staff needs better communication more training and protocols. I will continue to voice my concern and disgust with your clinics lack of professionalism until these repeated issues are fixed. Updated I spoke with the scheduling/referral manager Tiffany. All I was given is more excuses as to why my son’s appointment was cancelled. Anyone with knowledge of how referrals and authorization work will be met with dismissive condescending attitude. I can only assume the high turn over rate of patients and providers is due to the lack of patient care being given. Do better please. Sincerely a fed up tired of excuses patients mother"
"I had a very pleasant experience! All the staff were super polite and helpful! I was called at the time of my scheduled appointment no long waits. The doctor was amazing she was very thorough and listened to all my concerns and gave the best explanation I could have gotten for every issue I brought forward. She was very confident which made me feel very comfortable and glad to know that my son was in good hands and she was doing everything possible to help."
