"They aren't horrible but the wait times are long and make sure the feel for your vein. Jordan has a bad habit of not feeling before sticking you. He messed me up doing that one time. He tried doing it to me today again, the very next time I got him. I asked if he was going to feel for it and he said "no I can see it." To which I told him "I don't care. The last time you did that, you messed my arm up. I want you to feel for it. If you won't, I want your manager." The manager stepped in and got me someone else to stick me. I will be reporting this to the head manager again before leaving."

"Everything was going smoothly and all my vitals were fine, I was sent to the “nurse” because I had a tiny white head pimple about two inches above the spot where I get poked at. Proceeded to wait another 15 minutes and left because the nurse wasn’t coming out to grab anyone. Absolutely awful customer service"

"Went and donated,Service was great and fast, Got disconnected by Juan once again. His customer service is always FANTASTIC!!and he’s very funny and also very gentle when taking out the needle unlike others trying to hurry to get out, Overall went great and will still be coming here to donate!"

"This is a crazy place when there are 16 perils in the vitals line and only one person doing vitals making the donors stand in line and wait for hours to just get through the vitals line. There should never be an empty chair with this many people in line waiting for vitals. They send people to break tight in the middle of doing vitals making the process even longer for the people in line waiting. This is beyond ridiculous and discouraging. I encourage anyone thinking about going to CSL to go to BioLife instead."
