"I was with Home Instead for a short time during covid and unfortunately they were short staffed at that time. 2 years (and 10 agencies!) later, I called Kim to see if she could help us. Fortunately she could and we could not be happier. Our aide takes great care of my husband and is very caring. Jessica has a great personality, is very helpful and super reliable! Kim from Home Instead is fantastic! She checks in or stops by to make sure everything is going OK. I am very happy staff at Home Instead!!!"

Staff is stretched thin with COVID quarantines, so I called Home Instead to see if and how quickly they could get someone there to sit with Mom for a couple of days. VERY prompt responses, and they arranged for coverage day and night. Sweet staff -- Mom was comfortable with and well cared for by the Home Instead helpers. Highly recommend them!"
