"Dr. Michael Rairigh is a very knowledgeable and understanding audiologist. He is very in tune with his profession and has a patient first attitude. This makes the experience that much easier. I had been to a few different audiologist prior to my visit with Michael and spent almost a month with one trying to tune in the newest Phonak audio lumity L90-rl before I got so frustrated that I just returned them. This is when I called Michael he set me up with a visit the following week. During that time I had been doing my own research on hearing aids and decided on one of the newest custom made Bluetooth CIC models. I told Michael what I wanted and he said ok let’s do it, but he also said I don’t think you are going to like them, I have this pair of oticon real 1 that I would like you to just try while we’re waiting on your customs, zero obligation just try them out and let me know what you think . Boy was he spot on I absolutely hated the custom cic’s from the minute I put them in, this was not a problem with Michael he said I could tell you didn’t like them as soon as you put them in. So we sent them back the very same day and he fitted me with the newest oticon intent 1 and told me to try them out let him know what I thought of them this was on a Mon. I called him that wed. said these are the ones for me by that same Friday my new hearing aids were in and fitted by 10:00am . If your audiologist does not preform to this level give Michael a call. I’m sure glad I did and I think you will be too."
