Didn't look at any of my previous records and didn't seem to care what previous doctors said. On a positive note, the staff was professional and friendly."

"Upon arriving to the office I was handed the normal forms to fill out and return them to the receptionist. In conversation with her I realized I had mistakenly reported a day earlier than my actual given appointment. She told me not to worry, she was already working on a strategy to fit me into the doctor's schedule. Within 45 minutes I was escorted into the doctor's office. The receptionist treated me in a professional manner and performed beyond what I would expect by fitting me into a schedule which was already making xed out. She performed her duties in an outstanding manner. This was my first visit with Dr Kadhim. His 43 years of medical practice and affiliations with such highly reputable medical facilities provided a high level of comfort as I walked into his office. He was able to clearly explain the complicated procedure before me in such way that truly relaxed me. I knew what to expect and experienced the procedure in a much more comfortable environment than I would have ever expected. My visit to Dr Kadhim's office was certainly a Five Star experience!"

"The only reason why I give him four stars is for the doctor himself. He did not make me feel like I was the patient, every question that I had. Dr. Kadhim made sure I left with understanding, In visual understanding while also giving me verbal understanding. Thank you! Now yes! I can agree the receptionist is not very friendly. The first day I met her I wanted to walk out but I had to remember I was not there to see her or please her I was there for me."

"Dr Hayder is very nice however the short fat white girl that "works" for him has the manners of a goat. They refused to send social security my paper work and I had to nearly cause a scene to get my records. once I told the Dr how nasty and rude she was and that I found a new neurologist BECAUSE the goat girl was so rude, he printed out my papers. Waited months for the paperwork and they wanted me to wait longer? Idiotic. Most vile person ever."
