"Was in Dr tessman office in June. Had our yearly to refill . spoke about what I needed refilled said he would send to pharm. go to refill the rx isn’t there , thought hmm maybe it just got lost. Nope it’s like Dr tessman wasn’t even in the same room. Apparently he doesn’t prescribe my migraine Med . Yet said nothing when I was in office about not prescribing or switching!!! So was he even in the room with me ? Or was he just NOT listening? I know what works for me I’ve been with my body 40 years! Tried several different meds (several) before the ONE that works and doesn’t make you tired so your able to still work. He wants me to take a new Med that in my opinion he probably gets a kick back from pharma or the reps . Since there was samples more than likely a NEW Med . I just want what works for me I’m more than a number everyone is different . I’ve been on this Med for over 20 years for my migraines. Asked to speak with dr tessman was told by his nurse he doesn’t speak to patients and if I wasn’t happy about what she said I could speak to the office manager. Ok does she have a medical license or rn . NO just works for Dr Tessman and he trained her . ummm she can’t do anything legally outside of administration duties or give medical advice or explain rx differences. Why can’t I talk to the Dr . Do no harm well I’m gona end up back in ER really soon for a migraine so I’m my opinion he is harming patients and he doesn’t care at ALL. Stay away from this practice . He would rather give me a new Med that more than likely as ALL the others have make me elephant tranquilized . I have to drive , I have to work . He does NOT care .How am I to do that when that’s the only medication that hasn’t made me excessively sleepy. Ridiculous. My opinion he shouldn’t be a dr ,he does not seem to care he can’t even call his patients back . And I will be contacting the Ohio medical license board ."
