"No place to park. I’m sitting here in the exam room waiting for the doctor, and I can hear everything that’s being said by patients and doctors in the two exam rooms adjacent to me, *everything*. Very uncomfortable hearing other peoples personal and private medical info , not to mention, some of the details are a bit icky. I am trying to ignore it, but it’s like they’re in the same room with me. and what about people’s right to privacy and HIPAA !?"

"my fourth IUD removal appointment was scheduled here, as soon as I arrived I was informed that I had scheduled at the wrong place. I explained that I didn't work here or do the scheduling, I just agreed to when I was free and let them know if it was within my range. This was a cyclical conversation as she kept reminding me that I had scheduled at the wrong place, apparently it's our onus as consumers to have the medical training and understanding of a hospital's networks and services as the people that work there. There's apparently only one Cleveland clinic that has standard alligator clamps for removals. The lady I was walked to and then sat in front of was far too busy with other things to help me, but I was told that I could go ahead and schedule a consult for the procedure I need... which would make my 5th appointment needed as a precursor to having my iud taken out. EDIT TO UPDATE: I ended up going to my old OBGYN in Kansas and it took her as many minutes to remove my IUD as it took Cleveland clinic appointments without being able to do the job."

"I just read a series of reviews while I was on permanent phone hold and realized it was not just me. This facility does not properly handle phone calls from patients which is a major part of a medical practice. They are not there at work just doing you a favor to answer your call. You have to have a phone system to engage in the practice of medicine especially at an alleged family health care facility. Their phone handling is horrible. The hold times are unreasonable. They are certainly losing patients but I don't really care about their lost business, I care about handling my medical business. They are doing a poor job handling patient contacts. They need to vastly improve this aspect of their medical practice. You are wasting time Cleveland Clinic. This has been getting worse and worse for years!"

"Nice facility but they need to COMPLETELY revamp their phone system. Waiting up to 30 minutes to speak to someone only to be transferred to another recording EVERY TIME you call?? Unacceptable! Who's managing this place? Cleveland Clinic is too expensive for this nonsense."
