"Oh BOY!!!! Let me tell you the experience I had. At first, they treated me with AMAZING care, I mean my situation was definitely different, but they treated me good & used the RIGHT medicines that had me barely feeling any symptoms. For YEARS my anxiety had been an issue but lately it’s been so bad it’s been causing me dizziness, panic, heart racing & just all out terror. Worst it’s ever been, but ONE time I seen the doctor after YEARS of doctors getting it wrong & he NAILED IT. Propranolol I believe it’s called, worked miracles for me. As the days went on I noticed things, my symptoms were coming back and I was taking a lot of meds for my symptoms so I didn’t know if they were even giving me the propranolol. Or maybe they slowed it down who knows. BUT, through my 7 day detox I noticed EVERY BODY who asked me if I was staying the 30 days that I said NO to, gave me a disgusting look. One of the nurses or cases workers I’m not sure her role exactly but I do know one thing, she LIED TO MY FACE about something VERY VERY SERIOUS. Like I said that medication worked miracles for me & she came into my room 2 to 3 days before me leaving and told me the doctor was gonna leave me with a prescription to get me through until I see the doctor, as I go to check out I mentioned it to the nurse and to their surprise but for some reason not mine, they had no clue what I was talking about. THEN, When I POINTED to her & SAID she was the ONE who TOLD ME the doctor was gonna leave me the prescription she looked away & played dumb. LIED TO MY FACE. Now I’m suffering, & have NOTHING, still having symptoms but you know what the first thing they will say, go to the ER because they don’t wanna take responsibility for LYING TO MY FACE. I can’t legally tell you to not go to this place, but I can legally tell you my experience. The fact they let me walk out of that place still having symptoms is DISGUSTING. “OH, But you chose to leave, & not stay for the 30 day program” yea, you’re right, I did choose to leave but yall should’ve kept yall word & yall should GIVE people something to TAKE HOME UNTIL THEY SEE THEIR OWN DOCTOR. Now thanks to them I’m literally back to square one. Oh the WORST PART YALL WILL LOVE THIS THE CASE MANAGER looked me DEAD IN THE EYES SAID “I WILL CALL YOU” Right before I left she told me looking SO SERIOUS BUT GUESS WHAT??? She never called I CALLED THEN THATS WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY “NEVER TOLD ME” they was gonna give or CALL in a script for me to take home. Im beyond disgusted & if I could’ve recorded that conversation where she told me the doctor was gonna give me that medicine to take home, you guys would be doing back flips right now. I’ve been a lot of things in my life but one thing I ain’t never been is fake or a liar."

"Parkman Recovery is by far the BEST Recovery Center Within Warren & it's surrounding counties .! I first Came to Parkman The Beginning of 2021 After Using for 10years. The Staff Here Are by far the friendliest People I have ever encountered in my life. The way they care for / about you is something I can't even put into words. I Did have to make another trip to Parkman Recovery at the end of 2021 (November) Because I did have a Slip but The Staff here welcomed me back with open arms and I can't describe how important that was for me. The Fear of judgement is absent with Parkman Recovery. They do not care if you come through their doors once or a dozen times, they're just happy that you do come back if need be because as we all know, most of us do not get that chance to make it back. Parkman Recovery is like a second family to me and I'm happy and at ease knowing that if I do need help down the road, they will be there to provide me with that help.! I'am currently 1Year-5Months and 15Days Clean.!! And It all started with me Walking through the doors at Parkman Recovery.!!!!"

"Deciding to go through Parkman was by far the best decision I have ever made. I've been through all off the local treatment centers and always left missing something I've needed to stay clean and I would always find myself back where I started. Parkman is the only treatment center that works on all aspects of the problems and allows to to heal accordingly. And it does it in an environment thats uplifting and makes you want to stay. All off the staff are incredibly helpful and nice. They want you to succeed and will often go out of their way for you. The facility is practically brand new and the detox process is probably the most comfortable one around. The best part is you are allowed to smoke almost every hour which is a must in rehab. The food and snacks are good and you will never go hungry here. Outside of programming, you have a lot of free time to have fun and work on the spirit side of things. You can play corn hole, they have TV(in your detox room or at the extended care houses), they take you to do things outside of the facility such as a meeting once you're there long enough. Overall I can't say good enough things about Parkman. As with anyplace there are a couple downsides but they are always working on improving and the good far outweighs any bad there may be. And there isn't much bad to speak of. So if you are thinking about going then Parkman should be your choice. Im glad it was my choice and only wish I had found this place years ago!"

"Parkman Recovery Center is amazing. The staff Is very helpful and cares so much about each person that walks in the door. The facility is very clean and comfortable. They go above and beyond to make each client feel loved and relevant. Parkman is a wonderful place to go to recover and work on bettering yourself. I’m so very thankful for places like this!!!"

"Parkman Recovery Center is my jam, period. Everyone from the cleaning lady all the way up to the Clinical Director and the CEO are approachable and friendly. The medical staff is wonderful and caring, the clinical staff is insightful and terrifically good-looking. The accommodations are very comfortable, they really make you feel at home. The food is great, REALLY great as a matter of fact. They make 3 meals fresh to order every day. We never had it so good I tell ya. You know back in my day we had TV dinners for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner when we went to rehab, AND WE WERE DAMN THANKFUL TO HAVE EM. But I digress.... The ladies up front are very friendly and helpful. Overall I would say I wish I had more hands.... So I could give this facility 4 THUMBS UP."
