"I was told by the company that they could take on the hours my mothers insurance provided and that there would be fill in's when our care taker would call out or have off. That was a lie or in their words I was misinformed they say they have a policy that says its never a Guarantee someone would come to take care of my mother what's the point then, this is several months after we started with Help at home. I never got a call back from management the first time tried come up with ideas to work the scheduler to get someone else trained with my mother. When I talked to her she said she had no idea what I was talking about due to the lies I was being told when the supervisor said she was working close with the scheduler to get somone else on bored to help. Then I asked to speak to the GM and left a voice mail. It's been three weeks and I still havnt heard anything. I do not recommend this company to people taking care of loved ones . All I needed was help with my mother while I was working . Something that companies like this are made for ."

"The enrollment process is very extensive!! There is a lot of testing, but that is to be expected when you are in the health care field. If I didn't have another job, the enrollment process would have probably gone a little faster. A lot of different apps and electronic paperwork. Ms. Laurie, who works there, is a very sweet lady! She is always kind to me and always willing to compromise with me. She is very understanding, and she has been in the medical field for over 20 years. We definitely have a good understanding of how people are supposed to be treated and what is to be expected of the company and their employees. I have had some issues clocking in due to mobile apps. But I eventually get it. I haven't worked here long enough to see how the bonus works, so I can't really speak on that. But my checks come every week. Haven't had any issues with my pay. I will say that if you need a job and are willing to put in the effort to work...the hours are available! They have shifts open daily from 2 hours up to 12 hour shifts, so there is money to be made with this company. The question is...are you willing to work them? That's solely your choice."

"Not good AT ALL to work for. I have my own client who I brought to this company. I was offered a $2000 sign on bonus and when it came time to get it, was told that they actually pay half at 7.5 weeks and half at 15.0 weeks (was supposed to get it at 400 hours is what I believe I was told, I’ll have to look back but it was just said to be a $2000 sign on bonus) Ok so I completed the time and here I sit 3 weeks later and still haven’t received any bonus of any kind yet even though my supervisor said they put in for it. Didn’t receive anything on payday and was supposed to be getting an extra $250 for the trouble it caused me, when you’re told you’re getting a certain amount, that’s what you plan on) I planned to use it for my Christmas shopping which would have had plenty of time to get my orders IF THEY PAID IT ON TIME. So I requested a different case manager to handle my paperwork there because it wasn’t the first or second time they messed up my paycheck. ( They make you wait for the next paycheck to get paid for what they messed up), escalating the issue to my manager’s manager, who assured me that they took care of the situation and that I would receive my paycheck plus my $1250 in bonuses in my next pay. They dropped the ball and I didn’t get my bonuses again this pay, which means I still haven’t been able to do my Christmas shopping and it’s now the 17th of December so I can’t order anything and now have to take my client out to the stores to shop for Christmas. We’ve been told now by the district managers boss that we should be getting paid our bonus on n Monday the 18th. (Tomorrow) I’m not holding my breath and will update if and when I get my money I’m due. I have very little faith in anything I’m told because I’ve been told over and over that they are entering my hours as we spoke or entering my bonus as we spoke and have had trouble getting anywhere with anyone no matter how high up the chain this matter goes, non one has delivered on their promises, not one person."

"One thing that sucks is the insurance upon signing on they say you have to wait 60 days but if you wait 30 the insurance offer expires for 6 months. It still says this to new employers but it's actually less than 30 and it's an outsourced insurance company. However. This is a good place to work if you have good communication skills. You'll need them to deal with help at homes sketchy communication and the sign in app not being reliable so the many calls for confirmation, however I'm not sure why so many people complain as it's an awesome job with sometimes unlimited overtime. Paid weekly and time and a half after 40 hours. It's a great job tbh. No actual nursing skills needed and no dealing with medicine or anything like an actual nursing job."

"Applied to this place a month ago, took all the tests, my clearances came back, had both interviews and the TB test.. Waited and waited to hear back from them and they ended up ghosting me. Don't waste your time applying here. They hype you up for the job then they ghost you. Very unprofessional."
