"This place is absolutely horrible. They do not offer service to new donors, I called multiple times to ask and make sure that I knew the best times to come and become a new donor and was denied every time. They are unprofessional and extremely disrespectful to the donors. They treat the people who come to donate like animals and it’s sad."

"They take 3 hours just to sit you in a bed, Then on top of that, it takes a lot of time to donate, if your in a time frame this is the WORST place to go. They will have a lot of beds open and tell you there aint any open"

"Very ghetto and unprofessional. the staff is rude, they bully the clients, they chat on the floor about inappropriate topics, they play inappropriate music, they have bullied mentally ill people made them cry & placed them in a position where they could not defend themselves crying and connected to the machine having issues, the only professional person is this white manager and she has glasses on, there is also a very nice professional lady who is Filipino but she does have a little attitude and not very friendly not to mention the wait time you will be there for hours upon hours for just a small amount of money and if they mess up your veins since they're under the influence most of the time they will let you gush out blood and instead of cleaning you up with proper protocol they will wipe your arm with cleaning wipes of alcohol that are for the beds pour hydrogen peroxide all over your arm not treat you first but rather clean up the floor first and when you ask for more gauze they get an attitude especially this bigger black lady with small dreadlocks in her hair she is very unprofessional hates her job and needs to have been more educated in something else and needs to do some spiritual healing because most of them are angry and hateful.. don't like your job get another one no one should have to be waiting at a plasma center for 5 hours, they need to have better staff people that actually want to work ..not messing with people that already have problems with money and not treating their jobs like it matters don't go here waste of time. Not to mention the dirty bathroom in the backroom."

"Take up to 4 hours at times to complete screening and donation ! ? My last several times going I had to get re stocked, One time so bad blood shot out my arm all over the place . I was put on some kind of 56 day deferral because of it. Went back when the deferral ended only to learn the arm They used before I can no longer be stuck in, to make matters worst, the lady who stuck me had to do a restick??? Griflos used to be a well managed, professional place. Not any more"
