"If I could give a lower rating I would . This location is garbage . The older woman in the front by the front desk with dreads is horrible , won't even make eye contact or let you know she'll be with you. She just helps who she wants and leaves who she doesn't and I'm standing there IM THE ONLY ONE STANDING UP FRONT WAITING FOR HELP, just watching them continue their personal conversations and talking about what they're having for lunch. I guess her plans after work are more important what she's getting paid to do . Ended up leaving because I was blatantly being ignored for 15 minutes and she's not even doing vitals just walking around the other girls who are checking vitals. The only person there worth a damn who's actually doing their job is Daryl on the donor floor but if you can't even get back there because some people don't care to do their jobs then that doesn't even matter now does it? They don't care about the bigger picture which is getting plasma for the people who need it. Maybe after lunch they do !"

"Cassandra really does an amazing job! I was a first time donor yesterday and she made me feel so safe and welcomed the whole time. Everyone there was very welcoming as well, Give that girl a raise because she really is amazing and good at what she does!"

"The staff was amazing! It was my first time and everyone was very professional and kind. Especially the nurse and Mike!"

"Just as with any donation center you have your good and bad donations but I absolutely love this place!! When you start to become a regular donor here the staff start to really care about you and about your well-being. They will go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. If you are the type of person that wants a quiet place to donate though this would not be the place for you because they like to laugh and joke with you and I personally think it makes you feel you are not only a part of their little family but a little more relaxed. I would suggest taking a small blanket with you though because it does tend to get a bit cold sometimes because of the saline but that doesn't have anything to do with the service you receive from the staff. I wish I could remember everyone's names as to give them recognition on what great jobs that they do because they definitely deserve it both up front, in the back, as well as the nurse's."

"Over an hour wait and it's not busy at all maybe 6 people came in during that hour. Staff is extremely slow and overpaid. They need better employees that don't goof off and actually work UPDATE: after almost 2 hours and still not being stuck I had to leave due to work. This place is a joke go to a decent center like Bio Blood Components on High Street. Better pay and faster service"
