Reviews of CSL Plasma
"That lady at the front desk attitude sucks and she doesn't know how to speak to people properly. Other than that the experience was ok"
"Couldn’t donate due their supervisor opening my account to look at my protein levels and never completed the task. They couldn’t resolve it until they came in at 5pm and this was at 11am… Can not call in as suggested to check if they fixed anything. This has been two weeks of me trying to call in and not waste a trip coming into this location to be turned away."
"So I donated for the first time today and was a little hesitant due to the reviews this place got but I Had a pleasant experience.Maybe because I got to skip to the front of line being a new donor or what not made the experience good. Everyone there was super nice. My actual donation only took 30 min. The line was pretty long and I could see how it would be annoying but honestly it's basically free money so even if i hadn't skipped i probably would not change mind.Going back Sunday for my second donation. I don't know if it's really fair to attack the staff, remember how many people and personalities these employees have to see in a given day . It would make alot of people not so nice at times. I think patience is a lost trait these days, you need to realize it's completely voluntary so if you don't want to wait don't wait. Money is money man . Definitely going back"
"I've been going here for years, am a dedicated platinum donor, and have sadly watched this place get worse and worse. They used to have regular contests and monthly bonuses-- all have been scrapped. Parking is not sufficient and nothing has been done to improve it. Staff has shrunk and hours have shortened resulting in an average donation time that can exceed 3 hours; they even got rid of fast passes for Platinum and Gold donors, so we have nothing to show for our dedication now and no way of bypassing the backlog. The building shows increased wear esp. in high traffic areas like the bathroom and no repairs are made. Staff are progressively less experienced and worse professionally and practically: most cannot even reliably puncture correctly and frequently have to stick me in both arms to get enough flow, and they are always so busy talking to each other it's hard to even hear when you’ve been called to a bed; friendliness was never that great but staff are now outright hostile and use deferment as punishment against customers they don't like. Any complaint about the staff's poor service or bad attitudes gets the *customer* in trouble, and patrons have to tiptoe around the staff to avoid being punished, at best deferred, at worse banned for the most arbitrary "offenses" and management either does nothing or sides with the enployees. I'm a student and enjoyed the chance to make some money while supporting a good cause rather than padding the wallet of some CEO, but this place has sunk so far since I first began donating that it's just not worth going anymore. Very sad."
"I’ve been going there on and off roughly for two years now, and I honestly can say that I’ve rarely had an issue with anyone there. The staff is genuinely amazing and kind. You’ll certainly find your favorite phlebotomist because there are a few of them that have golden hands; you won’t even feel the stick."
