"My husband and I started to donate here last month, we donate twice a week and we have never had a bad or unprofessional experience. The medical screeners and phlebotomist’s are all friendly and talented. There is usually water, crackers, and makeshift stress balls available for donors. The building is secure and clean, and the lines moves efficiently."

"I was in there earlier and this place has completely gone to nothing. I have donated 58 times in the past 18 months and it has steadily gotten worse at CSL. Today the tech that drew my blood was incredibly rude. They already offer the lowest pay of any donation place in Canton, but the lines for their new machines take twice as long as the old ones. Then after waiting 10 minutes finished with a needle in my arm I asked for help and was ignored. Then I complained and was told complainers get medically deffered. Is it even legal to do that? Anyway I used to actually like going but I think today was my last time at this CSL. They don't even respect the dwindling number of donors they've kept. I mean I'm a person and my time is worth something more than harassment."
