"I love the customer service! The plan is excellent. I have had it a few years now. I am changing this year because I use many prescribed and other OTC drugs. The Primetime OTC choices are pretty limited. I call it a Mickey Mouse pharmacy. The multiple over-priced boxes of bandaids I’ve purchased never stick and always get tossed. They don’t carry any of the name brand products which I use such as Tylenol Arthritis or any sort of pain patches. No Ducolax unless you want an off-brand liquid laxative that may be similar. Just not working for me. If OTC products aren’t that essential to you I do highly recommend this plan. I am going with a plan that allows me to go to a regular big box store and purchase the products I need. Otherwise it’s a great plan if OTC is not a priority for you."
