"The last few weeks its been slow. as of the time im typing this at 2:50pm I've been sitting in line since 10:40 am and im just now hitting a bed mfs look at you crazy when your done and have been sitting there for 15 minutes everybody is always doing something else rather than catering to us and making the experience better and they pick their friends out of the line to move them ahead of everyone ive literally seen it twice today. They are nice people at the end of the day but i think i will be switching to a different company because i cant keep tolerating this if you speak up they get in their feelings saying chill or its okay when its not okay bro"

"This location is Top Notch. Facility is clean and fresh. Employees are all wonderful. Recommend downloading the CSL app. where you can see daily time slots and what times are best to come. Also recommend doing the questionnaire through the app on "360" to walk in and scan QR Code given at end of questionnaire instead of at facility, although there is rarely a line for the computer questions."

"Very unprofessional location. I waited at the front desk for 30 minutes while all of the employees stood there and stared at me and walked past me. When I was helped after 30 minutes they proceeded to tell me that they do not accept new donors. Very piss poor location customer service."

"I regret not getting the name of the lady at the front desk who assisted me during my first donation. She was exceptionally friendly, checked me into the system efficiently, and provided me with crackers and water to prepare for the donation. She thoroughly explained the process and escorted me to the waiting room. Lanita then continued the process with me. She was both friendly and knowledgeable, which made me feel very comfortable. I was impressed by the clean environment and the positive atmosphere among the staff. Everyone was friendly, smiling, and seemed to enjoy working together. Although I was initially nervous about donating for the first time, the staff made me feel very comfortable. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!"
