"They pay ok but their costumer services sucks. I was told to walk in whenever with a new donor but when I walk in they said “things change” and looked at my like I was crazy. Don’t go here unless you really to deal with rude blacks"
"I wish u could give negative stars for the job they do in there. Scheduling an appointment is pointless because u still are waiting an hour and a half after your scheduled time to get stuck and screened. They have no value for anyone's time at all. It should be first come first serve with staff available to accommodate the donors. Horrible experience. My phone was on 98% walking through the door I left at 43% battery life after arriving at a 9:15 am appointment. I left at a quarter to noon because I going to be late for....I never even got stuck. Blow this place up seriously"
"I stay 2 minutes away, appointment set for 7:30 four visits in a row I had to leave because no one was there to open up m, the nurses are never on time, no nurse no they can't let u in the building so I got tiered of getting up for no reason and decided to stop. Unprofessionalism is the only reason I stopped."
"Schedule an appointment for 5:15pm on 5/13 got there at 5:20pm Was waiting on the woman at the desk till 5:30 because she was confused on what she was doing just to be told I can’t donate because I’m late, when I told them I’m not late the Guy who was there lied about what time I arrived then proceeded to be rude and disrespectful when I asked for a manager or supervisor. For me to be a new donor I’ll suggest that whoever is the manager or supervisor to get that man some proper training on how to properly handle a situation. He’s going to come across someone who’s not as nice as I am an something worse will happen. As far as me donating again i don’t think I’ll be back after my next donation the whole experience has been a nightmare. One bad apple is going to ruin your whole operation."
"I was not allowed to donate and was not specifically told why I was unable to donate I was told multiple answers and still have not been told! They make up things to pick who they like most are rude and aggressive. I have not heard back from corporate I was not properly stuck with needle and supervisor made an excuse! Pictures added"
