"I had been a patient for many years and none of my concerns were ever taken seriously. I am diabetic and need insulin to survive but I went months without because the staff is too incompetent to send the prescription in correctly. Then when I tried to get it corrected they refused to fill it because I missed my physical. You're better off going to a pharmacy and buying otc medications and treating yourself before going to this joke of an office."
