"I had a knee replacement at Cleveland Clinic that was more complicated than the average and as a result, my therapy took longer at a nursing facility before even getting home and I was in a boatload of pain for most of it. I chose Capital Home Health for when I got home and I am so glad I did! They were extremely kind and respectful to me and really helped me through this ordeal. My therapist went through a knee replacement herself so this was quite helpful in that she knew very well what I was feeling and what I could tolerate and was kind enough to not try to force me beyond what I simply couldn't do. Don't get me wrong, we definitely did plenty of exercises but as she said, the goal was to increase range of motion, strength, and endurance but not to the point of serious pain. You're going to have some discomfort but it shouldn't be serious pain. I did very well. Their hours were very flexible too. The nurse was very kind as well and even to the point of changing a bandage in a spot I couldn't reach every visit. Capital just plain made life better for me. I will definitely contact them in the future when the need arises!"
