"I walk in over hearing the employees talking about how they make money off of sales for the month I ask for a battery he shows me the most expensive model they have and when I ask why it's 220$ he said...yeah battery's aren't 80$ anymore they don't make the cheap ones anymore lying through his teeth. So I went to AutoZone bought the battery I needed for 80$ asked the guy if they had the expensive ones and showed me the 200$ one they had at orrileys and it was 20$ so I asked if they still make the cheaper ones and such and he said oh yeah they sell them all the time THIS PROVES that all O'Riley cares about is money they also dont let you bring your core back"
"Y'all have a nice platform to acquire most parts that one would need, the staff is great and actually get to know you. You have a good selection of over the counter merchandise to choose from, I just wish that you would do a little better on employee knowledge on the automotive/mechanical world. Nobody actually expects you to know everything however you would do good to know the difference between a break caliper and break booster. That is my example, but I'm sure it gets the main point across."
