"Dr Williams did carpal tunnel surgery on me almost 20 years ago, and I’ve never had a problem since. He also treated me for a fractured leg. He has a very dry sense of humor, but is a great doctor imho."
"Dr Brian Williams did a total knee replacement on my left knee. He has Physical Therapy come to you for 3 weeks & a nurse to come to you to remove staples. He also has a daily check in online site to give you information on how you should be feeling/healing. Great office staff that gets. answers to any questions when you call in. I highly recommend Dr Brian Williams."
"Doctor Williams was the rudest doctor I have ever met in my life. I came to him after moving here from another state and gave him information in great detail and even shared my medical record with him however he treated me as though there was nothing wrong with me and that I was drug seeking. I had a total hip In 2017 and they made one leg longer than the other. The inequity has affected my tibia and fibia and tarsel's and my left knee as well as my right knee. He did an examination and told me he couldn't find anything wrong with my hips my knees or my leg and until I could give him some x-rays then we had nothing to discuss. He literally looked at me in the eye and said what do you want and I said I want my leg fixed. He kept dwelling on the fact that he doesn't prescribe narcotics. He told me that I needed to see a psychiatrist. I have had bone length studies done in multiple x-rays that show this inequity however he refused to believe that there was anything wrong with me. 38 years as a registered nurse And have never encountered a doctor as rude as he is"
"I saw him at Mercy Health Orthopedics in Howland. He seemed friendly at first, but he kept cutting me off when I tried to explain details that I felt were important. My hands have been hurting for well over 6 months now. He told me to continue doing what my primary doctor originally had me doing, which was to continue wearing braces for what my primary doctor originally suspected was tendonitis. I explained that my braces didn't help and he laughed at me when I asked about a more customized hand/wrist brace. I thought due to my circumstances he would order additional testing, but he dismissed me and didn't bother to ask to follow up. I left speechless and when I checked MyChart later I noticed that most of what they noted were not things we discussed and they were almost the complete opposite of what I said. I ended up calling too discuss it with the office and they got very defensive and nasty. I lost my cool and went off, so they "fired" me as their patient. I ended up going to a Cleveland Clinic Doctor for a 2nd opinion and I was immediately ordered blood work and had an appointment scheduled for an EMG. I'm so confused by my experience with Dr. Williams and why he blew me off the way that he did. I hope nobody else has had this experience. *** Edit: I ended up finding out that I have carpal tunnel in one of my hands. It's a good thing I went for a 2nd opinion because the negligence of this place could have caused me more issues down the road."
"My husband and I have had excellent experiences under the care of Dr. Williams and his team. We are both athletes and have been taken care of with what we do in mind.We both have been able to return to our sport post surgery with no problems! Dr. Williams is one of the most thorough and articulate physicians I have been to. He takes time and explains things thoroughly. I never feel rushed when talking with him. I have heard great things from others as well about his skill and manner. Everyone in the office and the care team are awesome. I am always recommending him to others. He put my leg back together after a cycling accident, and recently did an anterior hip replacement for me. I am on the mend from that and am extremely satisfied with the procedure and follow-up communication."
