"My mother went to him for years. She was in the hospital on her death bed and I called his office to ask questions for dr fawzy related to her health. The receptionist was so rude an in compassionate! She would not help me in any way possible. I called for weeks and was told dr fawzy is on vacation and he has someone covering him. I never got a call back. I got hung up on. I was honestly shocked because we have been going to him for over a decade and he knows us very well we didn’t even get a condolence letter or anything."

"Dr. Fawzy is very friendly and pleasant. However, his staff is quite the opposite. His receptionists have been rude and unpleasant every time they call. I'm have blood cancer, kidney failure, and heart failure. I still manage to maintain a friendly demeanor. I think its utterly ridiculous that you'd work in a doctors office with sick people, and have such a sour attitude, when you're perfectly healthy. It got to the point that i told them i don't care to see him anymore. Which is kind of sad. Because again, i like him. But i have little patience with rude people. Unfortunately, they're everywhere."
