Walk In Urgent Care

"Care received was kind and attentive and thorough. But they do not give you any documentation when you leave. They do not upload any results to my chart or even the walk in urgent care app. Asked if they can email the visit overview and diagnosis and they said they don’t have a secure email. You have to have visit documentation. It’s very odd there is no paper trail to your visit. Not even follow up care instructions? Something isn’t right. I’ve never been anywhere that does that."

"You walk in and are awkward as can be. You then see an Indian lady pop up on a computer monitor and she demands you do this and this. I did not enjoy my experience here. I did get fast strep/covid/flu test here. But no, not made to feel fully comfortable. Not really any professionalism at all.AFTER she gave me the negative results they asked me if I have mono?… ummm excuse me? I was taken back for a second. Thanks for the test but I won’t go back."

"This is a great urgent care, I needed a strep test and it was closing time and they were so nice and accommodating for me. I felt bad walking in so late but I came from work and they were so kind and compassionate! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The girls that took care of me were Jess and Kylie. This is the 3rd or 4th time over the years I have been to this location and I would definitely recommend it. They even called my prescription into a pharmacy that was open a little later since my main one was closing, they are great at their jobs and were meant to be in the medical field."

"While I agree the virtual receptionist is indifferent, this doesn't in any way impact the top notch care of this staff. The NPs are skilled, friendly, and show great care in their treatment. They're quick to attend to the needs of patients, and I, for one, will be happy to return should I need their services again."
