Mercy Health - Boardman Diabetes Care and Endocrinology

"(3 year patient) Wonderful staff and enjoyable experiences (so they would get 5 stars and I will continue to come here for the people) BUT the time and way prior authorizations and prescriptions refill requests are handled is COMPLETELY appalling. This has happened to me twice now with my pharmacy faxes and calls being ignored and my calls as well even if I speak to an actual staff member. The requests being filled are very dangerous to let run out considering insulin pumps and Dexcom monitors are needed to live."

"I waited 5 months to get in here for a referral for low testosterone that is literally taking my quality of life away. And when I get there the Dr literally tells me I won't treat that in women I'm going to put you on wegovey to lose weight. So they will treat a symptom of my problem but not the problem and the medicine will most likely make my quality of life even worse. I'm so upset they didn't just call and say "sorry we don't treat that" so I could find another Dr who does."
