"Between both my visits over a two week period both the night staff and my follow-up in the morning two weeks out was a positive experience despite the circumstances. Everyone I met was very professional, kind, and very helpful. Thank you everyone who happened to provide care/assistance."
"This medical center is great! Went in with what turned out to be kidney stones and infection. Within three hours they had diagnosed the problem, had me on IV antibiotics, and non-narcotic pain medication. Next day I was feeling remarkably better. I’ve used them several times for emergencies since they’ve opened. Always very satisfied."
"Took my dad here recently. The ER was very busy. We spent 4 hrs here. They were very thorough, and diagnosed his issue quickly. Only issue I saw was some patients were sleeping and when they called their name they were alone and didn’t know it was their turn. A great idea would be to give patients a name tag with first name last initial. That way folks around them could let them know."
"Typically I do not partake in this entire google review postings … however , this was my first time here & will definitely be my last! … For starters you have a very nasty girl working your reception desk … not very welcoming what so ever … being the only ones in the waiting room lobby we still patiently waited a entire hour until they decided to call my 8 month old daughters name finally who was experiencing a 103 fever ear infection along with a UTI… The nurse was so flustered you can tell she was a nervous wreck … when she attempted the first time to weighed my baby she couldn’t figure it out but , she put no mat down & put her on the dirty scale , where god knows how many other babies layed on … my experience with doctor Bret seemed absolutely meaningless… his demeanor was extremely unprofessional … I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone … & really don’t go into the health or medical field if you don’t have a niche or passion to actually care for the well being of humans!"
"I used to love this place and the way I was treated here. Amanda (my nurse) was short, cold, and rude with me. She misplaced my IV then threw a half folded (cold) sheet onto me. When I tried to raise concerns about the non-stop pain of the IV she dismissed me and practically ran out of the room. She then ripped the curtain and SLAMMED THE DOOR so hard that it flew backward re-opening itself. Then she just left?? I could understand this behavior if I had been rude or difficult to work with, but I was extremely kind (and toward the end, afraid) the entire time. I ended up in tears wondering what I had done. I’ve never been treated so horribly before. Amanda, I don’t know what happened to upset you today but I had nothing to do with it. I really hope you take a trip to a psychologist/therapist so that you can heal from whatever upset you so badly that made you feel the need and the right to frighten your patients. Maybe some professional development will help you to be more palatable and understanding. Please look inside of yourself and try to diagnose what’s wrong with you first in order to better serve your patients. I understand that this profession is not always sunshine and rainbows but we all have to grow up and do our jobs sometime."
