"I specifically asked the front desk if I had a dopay at check in, they said no for both of my visits in the office. However, it turns out I did owe a copay. I was never notified of the outstanding bill via phone, email, or letter and sent the bill to collections. I reached out to the billing department via phone and email more than five times and never got a response. Office and doctor were not responsive after seeing Dr. Arnouk regarding follow up care. I went to a pulmonologist at a different office for a second opinion and better service. The first thing he noticed was that Dr. Arnouk misread my test results and immediately began providing the necessary care."
"I’ve been a patient for 7-8 years and I’ve finally given up on them. I have been fighting for a week and a half to get a medication refill that requires a pre authorization. I called 10 times and left voicemails on the medication line and never received a call back. When I tried to schedule an appointment, they wouldn’t let me and just kept saying “we will send a message to the provider”. I finally called my primary, and within 12 hours, had an appointment, new meds, and she was willing to manage my asthma from now on. I had given them a second chance after not getting meds in 2022 and that was not worth it. I left the practice. In 2022, I got an upper respiratory infection after surgery and needed a steroid prescription. All the NPs were out that week and had been told not to put any meds in their box, and someone did anyway. I finally had to call and ask for the office manager to figure out what happened and she got it fixed. I was willing to overlook that, but clearly it’s gone downhill."
"I had a appointment today and From the BEGINNING to The End of My Appointment I felt Very welcomed By The Staff Melisa was Awesome ok My Registration Process she was very Informative and Nice. I will definitely come bk"
"The front desk service is horrible. No one ever answers the phone and there is a voice mail message stating to leave a voice mail for them to call you back within 48 hours and no one ever calls you back. This is extremely frustrating and I have reached a point that I no longer ever want service there again. Dr. Schwartz is my doctor there and he is a fine doctor but if i can't ever get through the office than there is no point in continuing to go there. I just decided to switch to another doctors office and someone there actually picked up the phone and was very thorough and professional."
"Went for an evaluation and got my test and results. At the time that I was checking out from my evaluation appointment, they could not schedule me for a follow up because they did not have the doctor’s schedule and they were supposed to get back to me to schedule this appointment; never received a call back to follow up with this issue. I will find another office for the future. Just to note, there were some patients arriving to the office without an appointment because they could not get through to the office to book their appointments and they were extremely frustrated. I happen to luck that out when I called for the initial appt, and spoke to a lovely person named Jeanette."
