You hear so many horror stories but overall it was a great experience and I got the care that I needed. The staff did an amazing job. Especially the receptionist in the front. Very warm and welcoming and caring. 10/10."

"Had great interactions with all of the staff, from the triage nurse, the doctor, and Mr. Smith, the lab tech who did my blood test. He especially took the time to keep me calm during the blood drawing after I had told him it made me nervous. It was over so quickly and I felt at ease the entire time. As someone who has had some pretty negative experiences with medical care, I was very appreciative to be surrounded by great staff."
