"This is a if you just want some meds type of place to go to , here’s why I say this , I checked in only 2 people in front of me only 3 of us in there not bad at all , after they come back and get me I’m sitting in the room the nurse doesn’t wanna hear anything to do with why I’m there so then comes the doctor he comes in and ask so when did all this start going on before he even reads my chart.. that’s Doctor asheed I believe , then proceeded to check my ears and quick throat look and then leave the room without saying anything 25 minutes later the nurse comes in says here’s where the meds were sent and walks out… I could understand if it was busy you can do everything a hospital can do but supposed to be in much quicker time however this is how people are treated that have to pay to come here I don’t suggest this damn place at all.."

"Came in here and was greeted by a nice lady at the desk. However when I went to get my X-rays the lab tech was so rude. I clearly couldn't walk fast or without substantial pain. No wheelchair or assistance was given. That, to me is absolutely ridiculous. If I'm going to get an X-ray on my damn foot/ankle/leg, why the heck would I not be transported in a WHEELCHAIR!!!! This place is very convenient otherwise. Also upon checkout the nurse was giving me my papers to leave with and had to remind her about the medication shot the doctor prescribed to me as well... this will probably be my last visit here!!"

"I simply called to see if they offered any type of financial assistance & the older lady who answered explained they would private bill and I could fill out paperwork for help with the bill. Then proceeded to give me directions to the St Joe Urgent Care in Howland. Really?? I called the Warren location for a reason. Why would you tell someone you could help them yet send them somewhere else. If I wanted to go to Howland I wouldve called Howland."

"Only had to get blood work done. She had me registered in 5 minutes. This was at 8 o’clock on a Sunday morning. Then had to go wait in next room. Took the lady a good 40 minutes to come get me. Why? When there was no one else waiting for blood work. They need to be ready to go at 8 am . There is no reason why it takes her so long to come get you. This is not the first time this has happened."
