"Waited 2.5 hrs at morse n high location after being told 1 hr wait result was in email less than 15 min later. Feel they need to allow preregistration and give a time period to show up in lot to wait 2.5 hrs on a 20° day means starting and restarting car or leaving it run...."

"I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We only got tested here because our PCR test results still hadn't came in and it was the day before our flight. Arrived at 1pm, wasn't tested until 5:30pm. We were also the last test of the day. There were still 30+ people on the list who they just told to "come back tomorrow". If we waited for 4+ hours I can guarantee those people were waiting for a while as well. Told us we could wait 20 minutes to hear our results verbally, and we would be emailed a pdf of our results within 3-4 hours. We didn't wait because we needed the pdf document anyway for travel, which we explicitly told them was the next morning at 6:30am. They KNEW this. Thanks to y'all, we weren't able to go on Christmas vacation. 2 weeks and the results still have never arrived. And yes, I have checked my spam. Thanks a lot."

"Went Sunday after Christmas. Arrived at 11:20am. They advised 30-45 minute wait. It was 2 hrs later being the 29th person of the day. After tested, they advised to come in for results or they can email to you. I did not stay for the extra 20 minutes as assumed I would get an email confirmation. It never arrived. I called the next day and they sent me a text for info to submit and get back with me. Here we are four days later with no results. Meanwhile I could be infecting others though I have quarantine myself but live with my spouse and son. Would not recommend this test site!"

"No PCR tests until Monday Jan 3. Arrived at 8:02am 28th in line, got our turn at 11:30, so expect a long wait. The staff however is nice and as efficient as they can be given the circumstances"

"I showed up and was able to take the test immediately. Very well explained and easy to understand. I had results with QR code sent to me within 20 minutes. Very pleased with this experience. I went on a Thursday afternoon."
