"I don’t do these often and I would have rated this place a lot higher with how easy the process was but come on guys, be honest with your results timing. I was tested on Monday at 12:00pm and was told I’d get my rapid test results later that day. I had a friend who was maybe 8 people in front of me, so when he got his test results at 3:30am the next morning, I assumed I would too soon after. Then by last night, I was told a few family members, who went to get tested the same day I did but later in the evening, they received their results. It’s been 2 days and I haven’t received my rapid results yet and it worries me that I won’t receive my lab results in the time I was told. I was sent home from my job until I’m able to bring back results and it’s leaving me no choice but to try elsewhere."
"Went to get a rapid test and said I would receive results in 1-2 hours. It’s been 24 and I have yet to receive an email or text back saying an estimate of when I will receive them. They ask you to put why you requested a rapid test, which I stated was because I was traveling soon, but yet doesn’t fulfill the correct service. 0/5 stars."
"I came to this location on the 26 December at 10:30am and as of the 29th 72 hrs later, I have not received any results. I’ve called, text, and emailed with no responses from anyone. I returned to locate to the location in person and was told that the computers were down and now that they are back up I should receive an email sometime today which was the 28th. As of today (29th Dec.) I still have not received any information. If your job is pending on your test results from this location I would not choose this location. If I could have sent this post without a star I would have. I do realize that, not everybody experienced the same, meaning some got there results immediately and others maybe one or two days. While others such as myself have not received anything. Which come to the conclusion this place is not organized. You stand in the long line in the cold waiting to be tested, once tested it becomes a lottery if your test results get put in the system or not. I was relying on this site for my job. Now I have to choose to start this process all over again. I did learn one thing, standing in line was not worth the wait. I am now going to make an appointment with an legitimate company like Walgreens, CVS, community hospital etc. Good luck if you choose to use this company. Like I mention not everybody experience the same. You just might be one of the lucky ones.l"
"You wait an line for an hour although you have an appointment. Please note per the facility: “An appointment means nothing” so if you’re going. Get there very early! Most importantly, you think you’re going to get a rapid- you’re not! I still haven’t gotten my results, I’ve called them, I listened to their voicemail to text them, I’ve emailed them. Nothing! These places are the worst. I wish there were better establishments! You won’t get your results back for a while, so don’t hold your breath!"
"Got my rapid and PCR on a Friday afternoon, never received the emails or texts with my results for either test and it’s now Sunday. I have checked my spam, checked every possible email folder. I have texted, called, emailed them and even drove back to the testing facility to ask them to send it to me again and the woman told me she could verbally tell me my results so to just wait an hour for the email. Still Don’t have it. There aren’t many testing options for rapid tests and free testing in my area and I need this to go to work on Monday. And the facility won’t let me test again because I already did a few days ago. But they can’t look my info up and tell me my results?! I’m guessing they lost them or can’t find. Incredibly frustrating that you can’t reach anyone by phone and nobody responds to the “texting system” they want you to use. Why the heck do you tell people to text for results if nobody answers? - the response to this review within 30 min yet no response to the email or texts. And yes, I checked my spam folder dozens of times and no email. I verified my email on the registration. Could you text it instead?"
