"This center is the WORST from the Doctors to the Nursing Staff, to the Phone Operators. Total Operation of this facility needs need new staff who care. Doctors on staff are forgetful, Nursing Staff unwilling to care for patient needs. They don’t return phone calls. Operators are told to not transfer calls to appropriate staff when patients call regarding mistakes made by Doctors and or Staff.. Refills from Drs are often not entered correctly, senior patients must consistently call or come in to receive another prescription.or wait days and weeks to rectify the situation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE, they will be disappointed and disregarded. This facility gives a bad name to HEALTH CARE."

Not Informative or Helpful...The Worst Clinic..I could get my Daughter who is 8 to work there and be Polite and Kind and Answer all Questions. I would rate this.a 0 but nowhere to put the 0. Stay Away Please."

"I went to this clinic to get a physical, when I tell you those nasty attitudes and stank dispositions were as far from Christian as possible. They were so rude, I thought I was being "punked"..., utterly ridiculous behavior from the staff. Here, I thought they were having a bad day, but this is the norm for their staff. The lady who came from the back in a white coat had this scowl on her face that was just shameful! I could just go and on. I will not go there if I'm ever sick or need health assistance. This is not a darn bot either!!"

"I'm a patient and Dr Solomon Okai is my primary doctor. I was to see my doctor on 5th of September 2023 at 3pm when I was talking with the front desk personnel she was very helpful in attending to me a lady standing by her went off on me. She embarrassed me and asked the front desk personnel to stop helping me that she is the supervisor that I needed not to say excuse to her. I was badly abused and she sent me out of the lobby. I couldn't see my doctor till now. My INR is still unchecked this could lead to blood clot and stroke or death. My life is at risk with negative actions towards me. I'm exposed to health risk like blood clot and stroke. I'm dissatisfied with her. Such person shouldn't work in health care facility. The management must follow up this case."

"If I can rate this place a 0, I would! Receptionist have no manners with terrible attitudes. Doctor Akai has no respect for the patients time. We were in the waiting room for over an hour. When I asked the receptionist how much longer to be seen? She responded with an attitude “It’s going to be a while” because the doctor is slow”. Canceled my appointment and changed doctors. Will not step foot in that facility again."
