"0/10 do not recommend. Might be a scam. 1/13: Took PCR test 1/19: Called to check on results. No answer. 1/20: Called again. Was told results “are ready” but they need to call me back in 30 minutes. Weird, but Ok. They never called back. 1/21: Called again. This time told results “aren’t ready yet”, but would be emailed to me within a couple hours. 1/24: Still nothing."

"If I can give no stars I will do that. I forward some PCR tests for some of our patients to this lab to process and till today and for almost 10 days now, I didn't receive anything. I was told in the beginning in 48 hours, then 72 hours, then no answers except false promising. I will search of how to report this lab. And my advise for anyone can see my comment not to use this lab ever."

"If I could rate this without giving stars I would. I feel like they're a scam. On my email it has a phone number for oak crest laboratory yet the results that came in were from this zenix laboratory with a different number not only that but it took more than a week for my results when I was told 2 days only. I had to go to a different place to get my results because they were taking too long and I needed my results for work. My results came out negative with the other place I went to yet when this so called lab finally decided to called me for my results they said I was positive and they don't even have the section where they reviewed my results filled in with a date just when I took the test and that was a false date because I took my test on the 2nd and they put the 6th on there. I believe they are not legit!!!"

"Zero stars. One of their sites practice under Windy City Testing in Elk Grove, IL. Do not go here. It has been 7 days and no test result. I emailed them and they apologized and said they are backed up. I have talked to 2 other people with same complaint. 9 tests done on New Years Eve and Jan 7 still no results."
