"This is the WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL lab I have ever used! I would give zero stars if possible. I sent my blood samples to this lab overnight nearly three weeks ago and STILL do not have results back. I did everything correctly on my end, down to every minute detail, including a very involved blood draw where one of the tubes had to be centrifuged at a local lab. I was just informed that there was a "question about the draw date" (nearly three weeks later). I don't know how there could possibly be a question about the draw date, when there were three tubes that were CLEARLY labeled with every required piece of information, including the draw date. Worse yet is their "customer service", which I have called numerous times. They will not give out ANY information to YOU, the paying customer and PATIENT! And when I called to voice my frustration, I was hung up on by a customer service "supervisor". Absolutely PATHETIC, and I will question the accuracy of my results, IF I ever get them!"
"You either have to pay a 3% processing fee for paying with credit or debit card or send a check. Are you kidding me?! Why do Americans still use checks? What about a simple bank transfer how they do it in Europe? This is so antiquated and inconvenient. I hate that my Dr. office uses this lab for their tests."
"scam company. paid the same damn bill 3x. still sending notices that they are sending me to collections. Additionally you cant send a collection on anyone but the adult patient, not the parent. all doctors need to immediately quit doing business with these scam artists, thieves and bullies. if you cant track your payments received find another line of business."
"You can't get ahold of anyone. Their phones are messed up and I just kept getting hung up on after using several different phones. I finally got ahold of one guy who kept yelling he can't hear me then quickly hung up. I got a second notice for a bill I already paid and can't get anyone to help. I'd also like to add the email address in the receipt is not a real email address. I literally can't get ahold of anyone. The email just kept knocking back as "address not found." This place is a scam."
"I didn't have to deal with customer service much as I paid everything online. However, I can say that the website to pay gives you no information. It doesn't let you have an account to be able to see your balance, payments made, etc. I didn't get receipts unless I called and asked for it. I hated having to pay on this bill because of the website so I paid it off early last month. After going back through my records I noticed that I overpaid. I called customer service ,which I had no issues with the service, and was advised that I had over paid by $40 OVER A MONTH AGO. I was never notified of this by phone, email, or mail. If I had not have called I would have never got that money back which is sad. I feel like that is theft from the consumer. No telling how many people just pay it and lose money to this company due to this reason. I hope that I don't have to deal with them again because of how the website it set up and that they would have kept money that I did not owe them if I had not called."
