"Arrived 15 min prior to 8a appt. The receptionist checking me in was extremely rude, curt, dismissive, giving me instructions in the most rude manner. Insurance company recommended them. I will notify my insurance company of the service that I received on arrival. I declined to be serviced here and left, and I will reschedule with another company. I do not have to tolerate this type of rudeness from anyone, especially when it was totally unnecessary and unwarranted."
"I had an appointment for x-rays at 11:00. I arrived at 11:05, as I did not have good directions. The desk lady took my insurance card and ID and told me to have a seat. After 20 minutes she called me back over to checked me in. I waited until 11:45 and went back up to see her to ask how much longer and she said she did not know and she was busy. At 12:10 I was taken back to change for my x-rays. The tech was very nice, but seemed to not be confident in his job. I later found out that the normal person that takes the x-rays was out with health problems and so x-rays were being taken in-between other procedures. the 6 x-rays that I had took 1/2 hour to do and there was a lot of typing after each x-ray being done by the tech. It would be nice for the lady at the front desk to communicate timelines for when a client can go back to get their procedure done."
"My husband needed a CAT scan STAT & the insurance told us we could either go through the ER or wait 10 days for clearance. Both were unacceptable. Advanced Diagnostic fit him in the day we called them. The technician was amazing & professional. The receptionist was courteous and professional. All around amazing experience. If you need a CAT scan in the Cleveland area you should really use these people."
"Receptionist was extremely accommodating around my busy schedule. Technician was very nice and made me feel comfortable throughout my MRI. Upon leaving I was given a disc with my MRI results and the results were also forwarded over that day to my doctors office. Thanks for the exceptional service.
