"I am a hard stick and hate getting a blood test. Sandra checked me in, no wait at all. Then she got took my blood without hunting or searching for the vein. She was as friendly as she could be. I don't know why all the negative reviews."

"The WORST place. Came here to get a blood test called Avise. It’s for lupus and other autoimmune diseases. The Vietnamese? Receptionist was so rude I can’t even. Apparently you need a special box for this test. Ok. They don’t have any. Ok. After trying to gain any useful info out of this rude idiot, another woman comes over to help and calls her boss. Explaining that her boss hasn’t dropped any off for a while. She checks to see if any of the other locations have it. No real answer. Maybe. Try Chantilly. Just to be clear. I am sick. I have waited 2 weeks to have a ‘good day’ so I can shower, get dressed, and arrange a ride from a friend to get this stupid blood work done. I call the sterling location multiple times as it is close and my friend is willing to drive me there. No one EVER answers the phone. I call Chantilly just to see if anyone answers there and if by chance they have the mysterious box. They do answer. Yes they can do it. But you have to come 1st thing in the morning. Why? It’s not a fasting blood test. Also, chances of me feeling good, getting up at 7am, having a friend willing to do this…Jesus H. Christ"

"Arrived prior to close (granted only 10 minutes) and the office was already closed for the day. This was a second attempt -- on the first I arrived shortly after close because the handout Sunrise gave to my doctor's office listed the wrong hours (apparently the office previously closed at 5pm instead of 4pm). It is annoying that Sunrise is not providing updated information to medical providers and also that they close before their listed hours."

"I did look at the reviews before I went to this lab, and honestly, I was a little hesitant because of the unfavorable reviews, but I’ve been going back-and-forth the past six months and I’ve never had an issue with long wait times for disrespectful staff. I’m literally in and out within 15 minutes, even when there’s people there. The front desk lady also draws the blood, but that doesn’t take away from the quick and easy experience."

"This place is one of the WORST places to get bloodwork done. The staff is so unhelpful & they are never at the front desk. There is no internet here so they cannot receive anything via email, it has to be faxed. They made me wait one time for over an hour to get my blood work done because I only had a copy of my insurance card in my email with no way of faxing it to them and I literally only needed one vial of blood drawn. Come prepared with everything in paper or faxed to their office. They’re also closed on Saturdays until further notice but that’s not noted on their hours on here."
