"Awesome place with a classy feel to it. With a family touch that's without a doubt the feeling you leave with. Like you spent the afternoon with family. Very warm and i could see any event being accommodated and affordable. With the attention and planning the owner provided us it was worry free and definitely a place people in Ashtabula should check out. Instead of all the negative, come check out the positive here in your hometown. A little place that this city can be proud of."

"Update: she has fully refunded the payment for that day. I was maybe expecting a partial refund for the inconvenience, but they sent the entire thing. That was more than expected. The gas problem they had is fixed! It was a huge issue for them. We had our daughter's open house here in June. The venue was perfect for what we needed, the space and the kitchen areas seemed perfect. The day of the party I planned to cook a couple things in their kitchen. There was NO GAS to any stove or oven. Also, no hot water. At all. I contacted the owners, who were on vacation. They were nice about it and said they were very sorry and didn't know what the problem was. So I wasted about 100 bucks in food that went bad that i didn't get cooked. They said they were very sorry and would refund something for the inconvenience. I never received anything or even heard back from them at all. I even sent another text a couple months later and no response. In my opinion, that is bad business. I was going to use this venue again for my son's open house coming up, but not anymore. It's not about the money either, seems like they give out false info to get it booked. Did they not pay the gas bill?"

"I was shocked when I walked in, honestly. I had no clue they rented this place out but we attended our friend's child's birthday party here, and it is such a nice spot! Plenty of seating, plenty of room for food, the kitchen was very well kept, and the bathrooms were clean. I'd consider hosting here myself for sure. Loved it."
