Seems like Foundation Health really scrapes the bottom of the barrel to fill positions in Fairbanks or doesn't uphold the doctor's contract. Either way the only one paying for this is the patient."

"It is almost impossible to make an appointment with TVC. I have been on hold for 22 minutes just trying to speak to someone to schedule an appointment. According to their “live activity” they are much less busy than normal, but they can’t answer the phone. I normally wouldn’t complain, but this is the 6th time I have had to wait an unacceptable amount of time just waiting for someone to answer. Don’t bother with this place."

"Hello I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by the Pediatrics Department at TVC. My frustration stems from a recent incident regarding my daughter's prescription refill, which has left me concerned about the level of patient care at your facility. On Tuesday, the 7th, I called to request a refill for my daughter's prescription. To my dismay, when I called again on the 10th to inquire about the delay, I was informed that a med check was required before the prescription could be filled. I questioned why I hadn't been notified of this on the 7th, and the manager's response was troubling. According to the manager, I was notified about the med check requirement six months ago. However, no one contacted me on the 7th to address the issue or remind me of the impending med check. As a result, my daughter is now without the medication she needs for mental focus and concentration. This situation has left me deeply disappointed in the lack of communication and concern for patient care exhibited by the Pediatrics Department. It is disheartening to see that the department appears more focused on scheduling appointments and charging fees than ensuring timely and essential care for its patients. I believe that a more proactive approach to patient communication and care is necessary. Patients should not be left without vital medication due to lapses in communication, especially when it comes to issues as crucial as mental health. I urge you to address these concerns promptly and take steps to improve the communication and patient care practices within the Pediatrics Department. It is my hope that no other patient will have to endure such a frustrating and potentially harmful experience. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
