"I needed to replace two stones on a ring I recently purchased from a local pawn shop. The person who sold me the ring recommended this jeweler and said it's the only place she goes to have work done on her jewelry. I checked out several other places, but this was the least expensive service of the places I looked. Even though I am new to jewelry, they knew exactly what I was asking for and were able to complete the service by the next day. When I came in to pick up my ring, the jeweler who did the work on it pointed out a few things to keep an eye on to prevent the need for further repairs anytime soon (these issues were inherent in the ring design and not at all related to the work they did on the ring). I really enjoyed my experience here, and I would definitely use their services again should the need arise!"

"Very unprofessional, the owner is very rude. I got yelled at for asking him to weigh another piece of gold jewelry. He told me he doesn't have time for me and if I don't trust him then I shouldn't come and needed to pay him first before he can test if my gold is real. I don't recommend anyone to this store. I had to give it 1 star in order for me to be able to post my review. It won't let me post without giving it atleast a star. This place doesn't deserve a star at all. First and last time!"
