"We brought in our 13 year old black lab and our 3 year old irish setter for the mini package and the groomers did a WONDERFUL job on both! Neither dog looked nervous or upset when they came out - like they really went to a cheerful spa! Thank you very much for having such professional, caring staff!!!"

"The experience started okay—scheduled service for our pug, bath, and trim nails. They did not cut the nail short enough, though it was not that big of a deal as I get the challenge of not wanting to nick the quick. I picked up and paid, no worries, still happy. I was then shocked when I was texted that I owed money. I called to find out what was up to be told that I owed a $10 late fee even though I proved that I picked up our dog within 20 minutes. They then argued that if I did not pay, I would be blacklisted. While the ten dollars is not a big deal to me, the fact that they did not advertise this requirement and then tried to blackmail me into paying drove me to say, no worries, I'm not paying and will not be back. They destroyed their reputation and desire to use them with a simple lack of communication."
