"I booked tickets to watch the Nutcracker ballet and received my confirmation email with my proof of purchase. Come the day of the show, and I receive another email, this time stating that we must be vaccinated from COVID-19 or have a negative covid test. Of course, that wasn’t disclosed before nor after purchase of my tickets so I was annoyed that I would have to arrive 1 hour earlier to get my rapid test done. So I get there and go upstairs to get my rapid test done, just to find out it’s $31 to get it done!! That was ALSO not disclosed in the email. I will most definitely not EVER be coming back to this theatre."
