I'm so blessed to have found a caring place where each child can be there own person and grow into confident people who will make a positive difference in the world. Hillcrest offers a great food program, loving long-term staff, social emotional curriculum to support child development, and a director with a passion to see all children have a great high quality early childhood education. They also get the kids outside everyday and get to play in the dirt . My kids get to be kids here."

Misses Renae, Ana, Mary, Carmen, Fu’a, Hanna, Mr. Jim and more are just the best. The school may not be the flashiest school there is, but the curriculum is second to none. Art projects, music, Baby Doll Circle Time and more have given my son a holistic and fulfilling school life. "We have been with Hillcrest Children's Center for 6 years and I could not ask for a better facility to care for my children. The staff are extremely caring and treat the child as one of their own family. When I first walked into the facility 7 years ago when we were expecting our first child. We were interested in Hillcrest as they were one of the few facilities in Anchorage that accepted cloth diapers. The moment I walked into the center, I immediately felt comfortable and welcome. I knew in my heart it was the right place for our children. Many of the staff that cared for our first child are still there today and are caring for our second child. I love the consistency and that they have cared for both our children equally and lovingly. The Hillcrest community has been an extension of our family.
